Who we are

RVMP (Revamp Enterprise) offers personal shopping, sourcing, shoe cleaning and a reseller network in the UK. We decide how the personal information described here is used. Contact us about anything in this notice at hello@rvmp.uk.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the request form or by message:

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
• The details of your request: what you are looking for, brand, budget, size, colour, deadline, the shoes you want cleaned, or how you sell if you are applying to the reseller network.
• Any photos you upload, such as a reference image or a photo of your shoes.

Why we use it

To reply to you, quote, source what you asked for, book and carry out a clean, or consider your reseller application. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering messages. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the form and forwards it to our inbox.
• Google provides our email (Google Workspace) and the fonts used on this site. Loading the fonts means your browser contacts Google’s servers.
• Our website hosting provider, which serves the site to your browser.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are expected to protect it with recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Requests that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for orders and accounting for as long as the law requires.

Client cams and photos on this site

Client photos appear on this site with the client’s permission. If you appear in one and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser for the current visit, so the opening animation only plays once.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@rvmp.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
